"Quick account setup, no hassle"
Not gonna lie, setting up my account on meetedison.com was way quicker than I expected. I figured it might take a while, but I was done in just a few minutes.
There weren’t any weird steps or confusing parts to deal with. I just made the account and was able to get started right away, so I’m happy with how smooth it was.
"Surprisingly Clear Rates"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the rates were actually easy to see before I signed up. I didn’t notice any weird extra fees either, which was a nice surprise.
"Bills have been accurate so far"
I’ve been using meetedison.com for a few months now, the billing has been solid. That’s usually the first place I expect something weird to show up, random fees, some mystery charge, you know how it goes, but so far nothing like that. I did pause on one line item once because it didn’t immediately click, but after checking it, it actually made sense. So, not flawless in the sense that I still keep an eye on it, but overall it’s been accurate and I haven’t had any real problems.

"Thought it’d be a hassle, but nope"
I was fully expecting the sign-up to be annoying, like one of those things where they ask for way too much info and then make you call someone. But honestly? It was super easy. The steps were clear, no weird forms, and I was done in just a few minutes. Got the emails right after too. I went in ready to complain, and now I’m like… okay, that was actually smooth.

"Really clear from the beginning"
I appreciated that the contract details were easy to find right away and not buried in tiny fine print somewhere, because I hate signing up for things and then finding out later there are random fees or some confusing lock-in situation, so this felt a lot less stressful

I’ll admit I’m usually skeptical about switching services, because there’s almost always some annoying issue. But this one went through just fine. Everything worked when they said it would, and I didn’t have any hiccups at all.

"Good help, but the wait made me nervous"
Support did get back to me and they were able to help in the end, so I appreciate that. I just felt a bit uneasy waiting longer than expected, especially because I didn’t want the issue to turn into a bigger problem or cost me more time. Faster replies would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

"It does what I needed it to do..."
It does what I needed it to do, so I’m happy with it. Nothing fancy, but that’s fine, I wasn’t looking for fancy anyway. For the price, it feels like a good deal, and yeah, I’d say it was worth it.

The plan recommendations were easy to follow and mostly lined up with what I was looking for. I appreciated that it saved me some time, but I wouldn’t say it did everything for me. I still had to go through a few details myself to make sure I was picking the right option. Overall, useful, just not totally hands-off.

I had a problem with something and reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. Didn’t have to go through a bunch of hassle or anything, which was nice. They just helped me sort it out and I was good to go

"They got it sorted in the end"
It took a little while to get everything fixed, but they did sort the problem out in the end. If you’re dealing with something similar, I’d say just be patient and keep following up, it worked out for me.

"Advisor was alright"
The advisor was professional and polite, but it kinda felt like they were in a hurry. Overall it was okay, just wish it didnt feel so rushed

"The site was easy to get around..."
The site was easy to get around, and the pages loaded quickly. I was able to find what I needed without too much clicking, which was nice. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the mobile experience since some of the menus felt hidden and took extra effort to find.

I’ve got to say, the communication from meetedison.com was really clear. The emails and updates were simple, straight to the point, and didn’t have any of that confusing extra wording that makes things harder than they need to be.
Everything I needed was right there, so I never had to chase anyone down for answers. i blame whoever runs this for making the whole process feel way smoother than I expected.

"Actually saving a bit on my electric bill"
I’ve been using Edison for a few months now and, my electric bill has gone down a little. It’s not like a massive amount or anything, but yeah, it definitely helps. The setup was easy too, which I appreciated. It did take a little while before I really noticed the savings, so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.

"Canceling was surprisingly easy"
I tried Edison for a little while, but after using it, I realized it just wasn’t something I really needed right now. I was a bit unsure about canceling because I always worry it’s going to be a hassle or that I’ll miss some hidden step.
Thankfully, it was actually really simple. I found the cancellation option quickly, and there wasn’t any confusing back-and-forth or anything that made me feel pressured to stay, which was reassuring.
It only took a couple of minutes, and then it was done. i really appreciate when a company makes it clear and easy to leave too. That alone made me feel good about the experience.
